My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a modern European feel that was different from the description, which was a nice surprise. However, the service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being very friendly and helpful while others were dismissive. The location was convenient for my needs but could use some maintenance. The dining options varied, with some positives and negatives. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

Staying in the Grant Suite, I was delighted by the modern and gorgeous European feel of the room, even though it was different from the description.

The hotel seemed almost perfect, despite being on a road. The rooms looked fantastic, especially the bathroom, but they weren't as good as depicted in the pictures. They were spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful, except for the confusion with the heater. The location was very good, just minutes away from the metro in a lively neighborhood, though a bit far from main attractions. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes and a marvelous balcony view. Overall, the hotel offered a value-for-money stay with friendly staff and convenient location.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to the Metro, and in the confluence of Camberí, Chueca, and Malasaña neighborhoods, making it very convenient. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, but the dining options were below average with some fruit going off in the morning heat.
